Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 47 on-sale general eating place liquor license to Takehiko Yasuda dba "Lime Light" located at 1581 Webster Street, #240 (District 5) in exchange of the current Type 48 on-sale general public premises license, will not serve the public convenience and necessity of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code.
