Approve a resolution requesting the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) reconsider its Finding of No Significant Impact for the MoPac South Project (Project), prepare a full Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act, and consider a project alternative that aligns with City environmental and mobility plans and policy; and directing the City Manager to assist CTRMA with developing this City-aligned project alternative, identify infrastructure improvem
