Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), to retroactively enter into a continuation agreement with the San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC), the primary contractor, and expend funds in the amount of $110,374 to establish an HIV/AIDS Research Center in the Bay Area and approval of a sole source contract with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), Department of Infectious Diseases in the amount of $53,760 for the period of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.
