Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the implementation of the United States Environmental Protection Agency Climate Pollution Reduction Grant received by the City to increase funding by $5,000,000 for a total amount not to exceed $15,000,000. Funding: $5,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Transportation and Public Works.
