Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $1,488,000 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (DHHS,CMMS) to improve HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention services in San Francisco and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
