Resolution urging the Boards of Directors of both St. Luke’s Hospital and the California Pacific Medical Center to postpone their vote on the new Affiliation Agreement until the Board of Supervisors has scheduled a hearing to consider the financial, social justice and public health implications of key elements of the agreement.
