Resolution concurring with the Mayor’s determination of a fiscal emergency and with the Controller's certification that laundry services can be performed for the Department of Public Health, Laguna Honda Hospital by a private contractor for a lower cost than similar work performed by City and County employees and approving the Proposition J Resolution for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
