Hearing on the 2001-02 budget of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, including an explanation of how the department's budget conforms to the requirements of Section 9.114 of the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco which mandates the establishment of a mission-driven budget process. The hearing will: (1) consider what are the underlying policy objectives of the Redevelopment Agency realized within the agency's funding priorities; (2) consider service outcomes desired by the vari
