Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), Communicable Disease Control and Prevention Section to accept and expend retroactively a new grant in the amount of $88,582, from the California Department of Health Services (CDHS), to undertake pandemic influenza emergency preparedness and response planning and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of May 22, 2006 to April 30, 2008.
