Hearing on proposed uniform shelter rules, including, but not limited, to the underlying reasons necessitating the promulgation of such rules and alternative options other than immediate denial of services and the imposition of uniform rules; and requesting the Human Services Agency, the Department of Public Health, and the Mayor's Office on Disability to report.
