Resolution opposing the proposed Sempra coal fired power plant in northern Nevada’s Black Rock Desert and urging the City of Los Angeles to oppose Sempra’s application to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to tap the Pacific Direct Current Intertie to carry electricity generated by the proposed plant.
