Hearing on the autistic education programs in the San Francisco Unified School District. Specifically the hearing will examine what we are doing to serve the growing number of autistic students in the district; what autistic education programs already exist; how these programs can be improved; what we can do to meet the growing need for qualified special education teachers; among other pertinent issues in this subject area.
