Resolution pursuant to Charter section 9.118(a) authorizing the Department of the Environment to amend a contract with Pacific, Gas and Electric to add $685,500 to the contract amount and to extend the contract period for an additional year until June 30, 2006 in order to continue implementation of the Demand Reduction Through Energy Efficiency Pilot Program.
