Resolution authorizing the Sheriff’s Department to enter into a third amendment to the existing contract with Global Tel*Link for inmate telephone services to extend the contract term five months to October 31, 2015, to ensure continuous telephone service to inmates during inmate phone service competitive bidding process and possible transition to a new inmate telephone service provider.
