Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept retroactively and expend a new grant in the amount of $207,487 from the California Department of Mental Health (CDMH) for community program planning as part of the Prop 63, Mental Health Services Act funding, and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of January 1, 2005, through September 30, 2005.
