Resolution amending the Continuum of Care Plan to add four new members to the Local Homeless Coordinating Board: two representatives of the hospitality industry, one to be appointed by the Board of Supervisors, the other to be appointed by the Mayor; and two representatives of Merchants' Associations, one to be appointed by the Board of Supervisors, the other to be appointed by the Mayor.
