Resolution authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) to accept and expend funds in the amount of $2,187,092 from the State Board of Corrections (BOC), from funds made available under Senate Bill 736 – known as the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA) – for programs and approaches that have been demonstrated to be effective in reducing delinquency.
