Among the questions to be answered in this hearing are: (1) How the approvals occurred; (2) What conditions were imposed on the permits; (3) Whether Nike complied with any conditions imposed; (4) How the route for the race was chosen; and, (5) Why there was little to no notice of the event given to neighbors and to Supervisor McGoldrick.
