Ordinance amending Article 10, Utility Users Tax, by adding Section 702 to the Business and Tax Regulations Code; amending Section 703 of the San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code making technical clarifications to the Utility Users Tax on telephone services to address change in interpretation of referenced federal law; and amending Section 714 of the San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code to conform with Article 6, Common Administrative Provisions.
