Hearing to consider that the issuance of a Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license to Richard Bruno for "Vinum Cellars" located at Foreign Trade Zone #3 at Piers 19, 21 and 23, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco.
