Charter Amendment (Fourth Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco by amending Section 4.118, to clarify the authority of the Commission on the Environment to consider and make recommendations regarding environmental justice issues, to authorize the Commission to review and make recommendations regarding City building and land use policies for environmental sustainability, to authorize the Commission to assist City representatives to regional bodies, and to update the
