Resolution urging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to extend the September 30, 2002 date established for ending the price mitigation measures in the California wholesale electric market in order to protect consumers from unreasonable prices, and further urging the Commission to extend the May 1, 2002 filing deadline for a market redesign proposal to allow time for the Independent System Operator (ISO) to engage in a rational market redesign process with its stakeholders.
