Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to proposed resolution establishing a property-based business improvement district to be known as the “Broadway Entertainment Corridor Community Benefit District (CBD),” ordering the levy and collection of assessments against property located in that district for ten years, commencing with fiscal year 2008-2009, subject to conditions as specified, and making environmental findings.
