Resolution approving the FY2016-2017 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2016-2017 CDBG Program entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $16,485,875, and to expend program income and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $2,677,471, for a period beginning July 1, 2016, through the date when all funds are expended.
