Hearing to consider that the issuance of a Type 17 (wholesaler), and a Type 20 (off-sale beer and wine) alcoholic beverage control licenses to Innovation Wines, LLC, with business operations at two locations: No. 1 Montgomery Street, Suite 3700 (District 6); and at Pier 21, Embarcadero, San Francisco, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco.
