Ordinance amending Chapter 26 of the San Francisco Fire Code by adding Section 2611 to prohibit the installation of torch-applied roof systems on combustible roofs in San Francisco; adopting environmental findings and findings required by California Health and Safety Code Section 17958.7; and directing the Clerk of the Board to forward San Francisco's amendment and findings to the California Building Standards Commission and the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
