Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept retroactively and expend a new grant in the amount of $995,759 from the California Department of Health Services, TB Control Unit (CDHSTB) for the bioterrorism preparedness and dual use project for regional civil detention of persistently non-adherent tuberculosis patients, and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of April 27, 2005, to January 1, 2013.
