Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to proposed resolution approving the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco’s Disposition and Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) for a portion of Assessor’s Block 5322, Lot 45 commonly known as 4800 Third St Street, to Green Blended Communities, L.L.C., for the purpose of developing affordable for-sale housing for lower income households.
